Extra costs
There are some extra costs when you rent an apartment. We have tried to let them be as low as possible. The costs will be settled with the guaranty (see below on this page).

Energy:

 € 21,- per apartment per week

Compulsury end cleaning:

 € 30,00 per apartment

Recreational tax:

 20 Kč p.p. per day for adults (1 Kč is almost € 0,038)
4 Kč p.p. per day for children (till 18 years)

Banking costs:

 For every payment on our account the banking costs must be "Shared".

Reservation costs:

 € 17,50 per reservation



Discounts
There are some discount possibilities for a stay at Oranžový dům. Discounts can't be combined with each other or with actions. The discounts are for the week price of an apartment.
Families with at least 1 child younger than 4 years. Maximum of 5 persons: 7,5% discount
When the principal occupier (the tenant) is 60 years or older and uses the apartment during the total period: 7,5% discount
When renting an apartment for 2 or more weeks you get on the cheapest week: 5,0% discount

Discounts are not valid in highseason or on arrangements

Guaranty and payment
When you arrive we ask a guaranty from € 200,- per apartment. Because we don't have any electronical devices for paying, the guaranty only can be payed cash. At the end of your stay, before you leave, we check the apartment together. After deduction of the extra costs (see information above on this page) and the possible damage to the apartment, we return the remaining ammount.

Payments have to be made on our Czech account. On the confirmation of the reservation you will find all the details for it. For every payment the banking costs must be shared. You will receive a confirmation of each payment.

What is not standard in the apartment
Bed linen: When you prefer it's possible to rent the bed linen. This costs € 7,50 per person.
Towels These can't be rented. please bring them yourselves.
